An 8 week course to give you a thorough introduction to mindfulness. A training course to develop our ability to be more aware of what is happening for us at any moment. Mindfulness can effectively improve stress, sleep, creativity and well being. No previous experience needed. The course is aimed at complete beginners but can also can be a refresher course for those who have done the course before.
