Thursday’s- 19:30-20:30

Flow yoga improves your flexibility and mobility and helps you to build up your strength.

We will be combining breathing and transitions from posture to posture to activate the detoxifying effects of flow yoga.

We will conclude the session with a short sound bath meditation where I invite you to reset and cleanse your mind.

Bring a mat! All levels welcome!

£10 per class / £6 for newcomers
