The Upper Norwood Library Trust was set up by the community in 2012 as we’re still going 13 years later! As a local charity we’re helping bring people together and we support and protect the wonderful library service here. We rely on grant funding, fundraising, and the generosity of our supporters to keep the doors open, the lights on and to deliver our vibrant learning, wellbeing and arts programme that support local communities and protect and sustain libraries.
