Froglife- Leaping Forward for Dementia

Froglife are doing some dementia-friendly ‘Nature on Prescription’ sessions in some of our parks over the coming weeks as part of their Leaping Forward for Dementia programme. The sessions will be running at Archbishops Park, Streatham Common and Clapham Common.
