Chairs, Chat & Connect

A series of exercise classes for older adults. To focus on low-impact exercises such as chair-based and other forms of low-impact activity exercises for older people. This is to maximise health benefit whilst minimising risk of impact on joints and bones.  

Participants will also get the chance to meet others, share a cup of tea and find out about other health & wellbeing services available locally.

This activity will be at Upper Norwood Library Hub, Thursdays 11:00-12:30pm

The activity is free to participate in and you can simply turn up, there is no booking required. 

The classes will be run by a specialist who has experience of working with older people and tailoring exercise programme to their specific needs.
