Your party slot includes set up and clearing time so please factor this in to your planning. You can throw two bin bags into our wheelie bin in the carpark. We ask that you take any other rubbish with you and leave the space as you found it.

Yes, there is lift access to all floors and accessible toilets and baby change on both the main and lower floors.

Two parking spaces are available in our rear carpark for organisers and entertainers. Unfortunately we don’t have space for guest parking. Street parking is available nearby and the local transport links are excellent.

We have a small prep kitchen available for your use. We don’t have cooking facilities, but you are welcome to use our fridges and prep space.

We know that sometimes plans can change, but if you need to cancel, please try to let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel more than 4 weeks in advance, we will issue a full refund. Events cancelled with 1-4 weeks notice will be issued a 50% refund. We do not issue refunds for events cancelled less than a week in advance.
