Package details

• Tables and chairs available for use & included in the price

• Bring your own refreshments or catering (We have a prep kitchen on the ground floor if required with a sink and kettle)

• Parking available for hirers and entertainers (sorry we don’t have space for guests but there is free parking locally on the surrounding streets and a great bus service!)

• 5 hours hire time, including preparation/clear up time

• Out of hours staffing

• 2 x SIA security guards provided (required as part of our license)

• Bluetooth speaker system

• Standard cleaning fee

Optional extras:

• Fully stocked bar - £75 (larger events may require additional staff)

• Corkage - charged at £2 per wine/prosecco bottle, £5 per case of beer/bottle of spirits
