10 years of community impact

The Community Libraries Network has highlighted 10 years of partnership and community impact at the Upper Norwood Library Trust (UNLT) in a new case study.

Our recent 10-year anniversary celebration was an opportunity to reflect on the impact the Upper Norwood Library Trust (UNLT) has made in the local community over the past decade, and to recognise the partnerships that have helped make it possible.

Since its establishment, UNLT has worked with local organisations, volunteers, funders and community members to provide opportunities for learning, creativity, health and wellbeing, while responding to the needs of local people.

The numbers tell part of the story:

1.35 million visits over the past ten years

£2.3 million independently raised to support our work

Behind these figures are the people, partnerships and shared commitment that continue to make a difference to our community.
