Santa is coming!

Santa’s Grotto open at the Upper Norwood Library Hub on 14th, 20th, 21st and 22nd December 2025 - and he can’t wait to meet the children of Crystal Palace!

Each family will enjoy a private 1-to-1 visit with Santa, where every child receives a special gift and plenty of time to share their Christmas wishes. But the magic doesn’t stop there!

Get creative at our festive craft station, where little hands can make a Christmas keepsake. You can also design your very own luxury hot chocolate, complete with marshmallows, sprinkles, and whipped cream, or mulled wine option for adults — the perfect winter treat.
